Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Oven-free cinnamon rolls? Got it! These are 100% homemade, which is great. The Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls recipe will amaze you!  


For the dough: – 1 cup milk – 2 teaspoons active dry yeast – 2 large eggs – 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 3 & 3/4 cups all-purpose flour For the filling: – 1/4 cup unsalted butter very soft – 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed – 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon – 1/2 cup heavy cream For the glaze: – 1 & 1/4 cups powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh squeezed


Put milk in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 15-second intervals till 110°F. Stir in the yeast and let it bloom for 5 minutes. 

Step 1

Yeast that hasn't blossomed in 5 minutes is inactive and needs replacement. Mix eggs, butter, sugar, and salt in the basin. Mix together all the flour.

Leave covered in a warm spot for 40 minutes to virtually double in size. Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Spread butter on top, then mix brown sugar and

cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle on top. Cut a tight log into 12 rolls with a serrated knife. Parchment the air fryer basket.  

Step 4

Heat 6 rolls in the air fryer @ 350°F for 7-8 minutes. You must cook these in batches. Open the air fryer, brush with half the heavy cream,

and bake for 2-3 minutes. They should be fully cooked and golden brown. Allow to cool while you glaze and fry the second batch of rolls. 

Step 6

In a small bowl, blend powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze. Serve heated buns with icing.
