– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized piece – 1 cup cornstarch – 2 eggs, beaten – Salt and pepper to taste – Vegetable oil for frying – 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional) – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon ginger, minced – 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible) – 1/4 cup soy sauce – 1/4 cup rice vinegar – 1/4 cup brown sugar – 2 tablespoons honey – 1 tablespoon orange zest – 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili sauce (adjust to taste) – 2 tablespoons water – 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry) – Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Step 1
