Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 Hopes & Story Potential Teased By Netflix Cast

The cast and team of Avatar: The Last Airbender talk about what they hope will happen in the second season and give hints about possible plots.

The group of Avatar: The Last Airbender talks about possible plots for season 2. The Netflix show is a live-action version of the same-named Nickelodeon cartoon show that ran from 2005 to 2008.

Gordon Cormier, Ian Ousley, Kiawentiio, Dallas Liu, and Daniel Dae Kim are some of the main actors in the live-action version of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

In an interview with Teen Vogue, the cast of Netflix's Avatar: The Last Airbender talks about what they think will happen in season 2.

In Kiawentiio's quote, Aang might be "already practicing water," while Albert Kim, the show's creator, said that season 2 might go into more detail about Zuko and Azula's mother's past.

The team behind Avatar: The Last Airbender's love for the show is inspiring, but Kim's idea for a new season of the Netflix show is the most important part of this update.

Kim advises exploring "a little bit more of [Ozai's] history," which may include Zuko's mother. The original animated show mentioned Zuko's mum disappeared but didn't explain why.

After the end of Avatar: The Last Airbender in 2008, a number of graphic books were published that added to the story.

This book, "The Search," details Zuko's hunt for his mother. The Search and the other graphic books are still official Avatar publications despite being released in 2013 five years after the TV programme ended.
