Baileys Irish Cream Brownies (+ Easy Recipe)

One bite, and you’ll be dreaming about these decadent Baileys Irish Cream brownies for days. Rich, chocolatey, and just a tad boozy, these are adult-only! 

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 1/4 cup (60ml) Baileys Irish Cream – 3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan. 

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. 

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add Baileys Irish Cream. 

Gradually add flour, mixing until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan. 

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
