Baked Oats Recipe

Our Baked Oats breakfast is yummy and easy. One dish of banana and raspberries is perfect!  


– ½ large banana – ½ cup rolled oat – ⅓ cup milk – 1 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey – 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter or peanut butter – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon ground Cinnamon – ¾ cup Fresh Raspberries plus more for serving – Greek yogurt for serving optional


It is necessary to grease a baking dish with a capacity of 16 ounces with a cooking spray that gives a non-stick appearance before preheating the oven to 370 degrees Fahrenheit. T 

Step 1

his must be done before the oven is preheated. All of the ingredients, with the exception of the raspberries, should be placed in your blender or Vitamix processor.  

Step 2

Blend or process until the ingredients are completely incorporated. Combine all of the ingredients until they are completely mixed together.  

Step 3

Following the placement of the batter in the baking dish, a portion of the raspberries has to be mixed into the other components of the recipe. 

Step 4

It is recommended that a second half be placed on top of the initial fifty percent. When the cake has been in the oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes,

a toothpick should be able to be put into the center of the cake and should come out clean. 

Step 6

Following that, the dish is served with Greek yogurt and extra raspberries as a topping for the dish.
