Best Fresh Peach Bars Recipe

Looking for a tasty, fun dessert? Make these Peach Bars, filled with fresh peaches and tasty, for a family-friendly dessert!  


Base: – 10 tablespoons unsalted butter softened – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1 large egg – 1 & 2/3 cups all-purpose flour – 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon salt Filling: – 1 pound + 6 ounces peaches sliced (peeling is optional) – 3 tablespoons granulated sugar – Zest 1 lemon Crumble: – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened – 1/4 teaspoon salt


Use parchment paper to line a 9" x 13" baking dish and set aside. Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix butter, sugar, and

salt on low speed until crumbly yet powdered. Finger-toss to pea-sized bits. Evenly cover the chilled foundation with peach mixture. Cover the peaches with crumble without pressing.

Bake 45–50 minutes until peaches bubble and top is golden brown. Before removing from pan and eating, let cool 20 minutes on wire rack. Cut and eat bars!
