Brown Butter Banana Bread

This brown butter banana bread is fluffy, moist, and bursting with sweet banana goodness! One bite, and I guarantee this will be your new favorite. 

Ingredients: – 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar – 2 large egg – 3 ripe bananas, mashed – 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan. 

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat until browned. 

In a bowl, whisk together browned butter and sugar. Add eggs and mashed bananas, mix well. 

Gradually stir in flour until just combined. Pour batter into prepared pan. 

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
