This Stir Fry Chicken Ramen Stir Fry mixes the comforting taste of ramen noodles with the robust flavours of a stir fry. Protein and vegetables complete the meal.

Chicken Ramen Stir Fry Recipe

– Velvet The Chicken – 1/2 pound Chicken (200g) – 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce – 1 tablespoon Cornstarch – Stir Fry Ramen – 1 Tablespoon Oil – 6 Cloves Garlic minced – 1 Onion diced – 1 Spring Onion – 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 2 packs Ramen – 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil – For The Chilli Heat – 1 Tablespoon Chili Oil – 1 teaspoon Chili Flake – 1/4 teaspoon Sichuan Pepper

Velvet The Chicken Cut chicken into thin pieces. Massage in soy sauce and cornflour. Keep aside.

Prepare Ramen As directed, boil ramen noodles.

Stir Fry Put the wok on high. Wait for oil to smoke.

First cook the marinated chicken in a stir fry. Remove and reserve. Stir-fry garlic, onions, and spring onions with additional oil.

Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and chilli oil or Sichuan peppers. Simmer 10 seconds. Toss stir-fried chicken until covered.

Incorporate spinach and mix well. Stir-fry the ramen until well combined.

Top with sesame oil and green onions (optional) and serve hot!
