Chocolate Chip Blondies (Easy Recipe)

These easy chocolate chip blondies are incredibly buttery, wonderfully caramel-y, and oh so ooey-gooey! Seriously, I can’t get enough. 

Ingredients: –1. 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, melted 2. 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar 3. 2 large egg 4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5. 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour 6. 1/2 teaspoon salt 7. 1 cup (175g) chocolate chip

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan. 

In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until well combined. 

Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth. 

Gradually add flour, stirring until batter forms. 

Fold in chocolate chips, then spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your delicious blondies!
