Chocolate Pudding Cake Easiest Recipe Ever

Gooey pudding-like centre and cake top make this Chocolate Pudding Cake rich. Everyone will love this quick dessert.  


– 1 cup all-purpose flour – ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ½ cup granulated sugar – ¼ cup light brown sugar packed – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1 teaspoon fine sea salt – ¾ cup buttermilk – ¼ cup vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon vanilla For the sauce: – ½ cup granulated sugar – ½ cup light brown sugar packed – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ⅓ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips – 1 ¼ cups boiling water


Put the oven on to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Applying baking spray to a baking dish with a diameter of nine inches is the first step in the baking process. 

Step 1

Flour, cocoa powder, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt should be mixed together in a large basin using a whisk to ensure that all of the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

After adding the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla, whisk the mixture until it is thoroughly combined and there are no dry spots left in the mixture.

Following the addition of the batter to the baking dish, the batter should be smoothed out in the bottom of the box before being placed in the oven. To make the sauce,

put the sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips into a separate bowl and whisk them together. This will create the sauce.

In order to finish the batter, this mixture should be sprinkled on top of it. The water should be poured over the top while it is boiling; it should not be mixed in before it is added.

The dish should be cooked for 28–32 minutes until the top is cracked and set and the edges come away. After 15 minutes on a wire rack, serve the cake.
