Step 2

Put butter and bittersweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. In 30-second increments, microwave at half power until butter and chocolate melt when mixed. Stir smooth. Let cool slightly.

Step 3

Blend sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in chocolate-butter mixture until smooth. Mix in flour and salt until mixed.

Step 4

Making Milk Chocolate Brownies: Put milk chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. In 30-second increments, microwave at half power until butter and chocolate melt when mixed. Stir smooth. Let cool slightly.

Blend sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in chocolate-butter mixture until smooth. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until mixed.

Step 6

ASSEMBLE BROWNIES: Drop tablespoons of dark chocolate brownie batter into the pan. Spread dough to create intervals between batter.

Step 7

Fill the gaps between the dark chocolate batter with milk chocolate brownie batter. Fill any gaps by spreading the batters.
