These sweet and gooey Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies for Two are a great gift for someone who loves cookies.
INGREDIENTS
– 2/3 cup (80g) all-purpose flour– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda– 1/4 teaspoon salt– 6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled– 1/4 cup (50g) firmly packed light brown sugar– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1 large egg– 1/2 cup (85g) chocolate chips or roughly chopped chocolate
Warm the oven up to 350°F. Use cooking spray or butter to cover two 6- or 8-ounce ramekins.

The flour, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Put away.
Step 2
After the butter has cooled, add the brown sugar, vanilla, and egg and stir until everything is well mixed.
Step 3
Just until there are no more flour spots, add the flour mixture and mix until it is all mixed together. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in.

Put the batter in each dish and spread it out evenly. Bake until edges are browned and centre is firm, 20–25 minutes. Keep warm and top with your favourite things.
