Eagle Brand Pumpkin Pie

This Eagle Brand pumpkin pie is smooth, creamy, and topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Perfect for Thanksgiving and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. 

Ingredients: – 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree – 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) – 2 large egg – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger


Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 

In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, and ginger until smooth. 

Pour mixture into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust. 

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 35-40 minutes until set.
