Easy Brioche French Toast Recipe

Brioche French Toast makes mornings easier. This easy-to-make dessert is buttery and pillowy. French toast made with buttery brioche bread is sumptuous.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 slices of brioche bread – 2 large egg – 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or any milk of your choice) – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – Pinch of salt – Butter or oil for cooking – Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar

Step 1

Heat the griddle or skillet:- Let a griddle or pan heat up over medium heat as you make French toast.

Step 2

Prepare egg mixture:- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla essence, ground cinnamon, and a bit of salt in a small dish until well blended. This mixture makes French toast custard.

Step 3

Dip brioche, slices:- Take each piece of brioche bread and coat both sides with egg mixture, but not too much. Let excess egg mixture drain.
