Easy Creamy Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Dip Recipe

Cheeseburger Dip: creamy, dill pickle-filled perfection! It's ideal for game day munchies or any party.  


– 1 pound ground beef – 1 cup diced sweet onion – 3 cloves garlic minced – 14.5 ounce can petite diced tomatoes drained – 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles plus more for garnish – 1 tablespoon ketchup – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 8 ounces cream cheese softened, cubed – 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese – fresh chopped parsley for garnish optional


You should place the ground beef in a big skillet and break it up as it is being cooked over medium-high heat.  

Step 1

After the beef has been broken up, add the onions and continue to boil the combination while stirring it on a regular basis for eight to ten minutes,

or until the beef is thoroughly cooked through and there is no pink left in the meat. Put the garlic in the pan and toss it around as it cooks for thirty seconds,

or until it develops a fragrant quality. Please let any excess grease to drip away. After adding the tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper,

you should combine all of these ingredients through a mixing process. Using a steady stirring motion, mix the cream cheese into the dip until it has completely melted.  

Step 5

Upon lowering the temperature to a low setting, incorporate the shredded cheeses into the mixture and continue to stir them until they melt. 

Step 6

Immediately after taking the dish away from the fire, sprinkle it with more pickles and parsley that have been chopped.
