Everyone's favourite ranch dip gets zesty with fiesta ranch dip. A dip made with homemade ranch flavour, corn, Rotel and cheese will disappear quickly at your next party.
INGREDIENTS
– 16 ounces sour cream– 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning mix see note– 1 can sweet corn 15 ounces (see notes)– 1 can black beans drained and rinsed, 15 ounces (see notes)– 1 can Rotel drained, 10 ounces (see notes)– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese– ¼ cup cooked and finely crumbled bacon or bacon bits optional– Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1
Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk them together to incorporate them.
Step 2
The seasoning should be tasted, and salt and pepper should be added as required.
Step 3
Be sure to cover and place in the refrigerator for at least one to two hours before serving with tortilla chips or corn chips.
