Easy Homemade Meatballs Recipe

Homemade meatballs are so easy to prepare that you'll never buy them again. The luscious texture and somewhat salty taste will bring Italy to you. Easy meatballs are the perfect main dish for spaghetti, rice, or soup.

– 1lbground beefpreferably higher in fat – 1lbground porkpreferably higher in fat – 1teaspoondried Italian seasoning herb – 1/4teaspoonred pepper flake – 1teaspoongarlic powder – 1/2cupbreadcrumb – 1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese – 1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce – 1/3cupmilk – 1/3cupbeef broth – 1/2sweet onionfinely diced – 1/4cupchopped parsley – 1eggbeaten – 1tablespoonminced garlic – 1/2tablespoonkosher saltor to taste – 1/2teaspoonground black pepperor to taste

Warm the oven up to 400 degrees F. Put the baking sheet away after spraying it with cooking spray.

Put everything but the meat in a big bowl and mix them together. You can use your hands or a spoon to mix the ground beef and pork together. DO NOT mix too much.

Just 2 tablespoons of the beef mix should be enough to make a 1-inch ball. Do the same with the rest, then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared.

Set the oven to 250 to 300 degrees. 165 degrees F should be the temperature inside the meat.

Take them out of the oven and let them cool for five to ten minutes before you serve them.
