Easy Homemade Strawberry Butter Easiest Recipe Ever

Strawberry Butter is a delightful breakfast or dessert made with basic ingredients. Easy, tasty, and enticing.  


– 3 pounds fresh strawberries hulled stems removed – ¾ cup honey – ¾ cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – ¼ teaspoon salt – 2 teaspoons 


Using a food processor, puree the strawberries after they have been rinsed and hulled until they are completely smooth.  

Step 1

A deep saucepan that is set over medium heat should be used to combine the strawberry puree with the honey, sugar, lemon juice, and salt ingredient. 

Step 2

If you want to avoid the mixture becoming scorched, bring it to a boil and stir it constantly. Reduce the heat and continue to simmer the mixture until it reaches a fairly thick consistency,

any froth that was formed by the strawberries will be eliminated; in fact, it took practically all of the time to finish cooking.

As soon as the strawberry butter retains its shape when pressed with a spoon, the cooking process is complete.

When the heat is turned off, whisk in the vanilla extract. You can serve it warm,
