Impossible Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Impossible pumpkin pie is dense and decedent in the center with a crispy magical crust. With all the classic fall spices, it’s sure to be a big hit! 

Ingredients: 1. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree 2. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3. 3/4 cup granulated sugar 4. 2 egg 5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish. 

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. 

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish. 

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
