There are lots of different tastes in this Indian chickpea salad. The vegetables are crunchy, the sauce is tangy lemon, and the green chilies add a little heat. It goes well with BBQs and meals, but it can also be eaten on its own.

Indian Chickpea Salad Recipe

– 1 can Chickpea – 1 cup Tomatoe – 1 cup Red Capsicum – 1/2 cup Red Onion – 1/2 cup Cilantro – 1 tsp Green Chilie – 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp Cumin Powder – 4 tbsp Lemon Juice

Take the water out of the can. Chickpeas should be put in a salad bowl.

Red bell peppers and tomatoes should be cut into small pieces.

Cut up green peppers and red onions. Cut up the cilantro.

You can add all the chopped veggies to the chickpeas.

Salt and cumin powder Serve with lemon juice.
