The Best Italian Subs Recipe

These Italian Subs are a quick and easy lunch with irresistible meats and cheeses, toasted to perfection. Filling and suitable for every day.  

Ingredient

– 4 hoagie roll – ½ cup unsalted butter softened – 1 tablespoon grated parmesan – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning – 8 slices provolone cheese – 8 ounces sliced tavern ham – 4 ounces sliced Genoa salami – 12 slices deli pepperoni – ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini pepper

Introduction 

Put the oven on to 375 degrees Fahrenheit first. The hoagie rolls should be split in half lengthwise, but the cuts should not go all the way through.  

Step 1

Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet with the sliced side facing outward. The butter that has been softened, the parmesan cheese, the garlic powder,

and the Italian seasoning should be mixed together in a small bowl. Ensure that the garlic butter is distributed evenly on the hoagie rolls.  

Step 3

Bake for five minutes, or until the bread is lightly toasted, after placing it in the oven. Once you have a slice of cheese that has been torn in half,  

Step 4

place it on the bottom half of the hoagie bread. For the remaining rolls, repeat the process.  

Step 5

Arrange the ham, salami, and pepperoni slices on top of the cheese in an even manner across all of the sandwiches. The next step is to add the pepperoncini slices, 

Step 6

and then to add another piece of cheese that has been ripped in half and placed on top. Repeat this process with all of the sandwiches. 

Step 7

Close the sandwiches and place them in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake the sandwiches for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and they're heated.
