Italian Wedding Cookies Recipe

Ingredients: – 1 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1/2 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup finely chopped nuts (such as almonds or pecans)


Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. 

Stir in vanilla extract, then gradually add flour and nuts until well combined. 

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly, then roll in additional powdered sugar. Enjoy!
