Lakers News: Former All-Star LeBron James Rival Doesn't Think The Chosen One Deserves LA Statue

_______________________

For more than 20 years, LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers has been the best player in the NBA. In his 21st year, he is still going strong after all the amazing things he has done in his work.

James is widely considered to be the greatest player in the history of the game, and he continues to add to his legendary reputation. In every place he has played, even with the Los Angeles Lakers, he has been successful.

However, there are many who wish to cast doubt on his achievements with the Lakers. Whatever the case may be, James has been a member of the team since 2018, making it one of the longest periods he has ever had with a franchise.

As a result of this, the subject of whether or not he should be honoured with a statue that is constructed outside of Crypto.com Arena on the occasion of his retirement has arisen.

One of his past opponents in the NBA All-Star game is of the opinion that he has not contributed enough to the club to deserve the construction of a statue in his honour.

During his career, Gilbert Arenas, who had the opportunity to compete against James, made it a point to refute the notion that a statue is something that should be deserved.

There is a possibility that they have a point, given that a statue is meant to honour a truly exceptional player in the history of a franchise. One championship might not be enough to earn a statue

At this point, if the Lakers were to win another championship with James, then it would make sense to erect a statue.

He broke the NBA scoring record and scored his 40,000th point while wearing the Purple and Gold. After all, he was wearing the Purple and Gold.

Despite the fact that James is a great in every sense of the word, it is possible that he is more of an NBA legend than a Lakers one.

It is yet unknown whether he will eventually be honoured with a statue outside of the arena, despite the fact that he has been of the utmost importance to the organisation ever since he first arrived.
