Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients: 1. 1 can (15 ounces) Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin 2. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 3. 2 large egg 4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 5. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 6. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 7. 1/2 teaspoon salt 8. 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). 

In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt. 

 Pour mixture into pie shell.

Bake for 15 minutes. 

Reduce oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
