Mongolian Crispy Tofu And Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

– Crispy Tofu – 1 Tablespoon Oil – 1 pound Firm Tofu – Mongolian Sauce – 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce – 1/2 Cup Sugar – Cornstarch Slurry – 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch – 1/2 Cup Water – Other Ingredient – 1 Tablespoon Oil – 1 Tablespoon Ginger Minced – 1 Tablespoon Garlic Diced – 1 Head Broccoli Florets sliced medium – Optional Garnishe – 1 Tablesppon Chilli sauce – 1 teaspoon Sesame Seed – 1 Tablespoon Spring Onion – 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Crispy Tofu Get a big flat pan hot and oil it.

Step 1

Fry sliced tofu on each side until golden brown and crispy in hot oil. Air Fryer: Oil the tofu and air fry for 10-15 minutes, flipping midway. Air-fry crunchy.

Cornstarch Slurry, Mongolian Sauce Stir soy sauce and sugar until sugar melts. Cornstarch with water slurry.

Combining it Fry ginger and garlic in wok oil for 10–20 seconds on high.

Add broccoli and stir cook until slightly golden brown. Add Mongolian sauce (soy sauce and sugar) and boil for a minute.

Add the cornstarch slurry to the wok and stir again. Simmer sauce till brown. Keep stirring.

Mix in crispy tofu. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onions over top, sprinkle with sesame oil, and serve hot.
