No Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake Recipe

A delicious dessert doesn't always require a difficult baking session. This No-Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake is one of those delicious sweets that comes together easily.

– 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and sliced – 2 cups heavy whipping cream – 1/4 cup powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 (14.4 ounces) box graham cracker

Step 1

Make Whipped Cream:- Mix heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Whip the ingredients on medium-high speed with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Step 2

Slice strawberries:-A paper towel will dry the strawberries after a thorough cold wash. Cut strawberries into thin rounds without the stems. Set aside.

Step 3

Put the Cake Together:- Create a cake base by layering whipped cream on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 4

Cover the plate with a single layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream. Fully cover the graham crackers with whipped cream. Spread cut strawberries evenly over whipped cream.

Step 5

Repeat layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and strawberries until the dish is topped with whipped cream.

Step 6

Cool and Serve:- Once assembled, cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill the cake for 4 hours or overnight.

Step 7

Graham crackers soften and absorb flavors when chilled, creating a creamy, delicious texture.

Step 8

For more color and freshness, top the cake with cut strawberries before serving. Cut and serve cooled squares. Every taste of velvety whipped cream, luscious strawberries, and delicate graham crackers is delicious!
