Peanut Butter Chip Brownies Recipe

Peanut Butter Chip Brownies are gooey and tasty. These are also quick and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

– 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter – 2 ounces (57g) unsweetened chocolate, roughly chopped – 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (31g) unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 & 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar – 3 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 & 3/4 cups (292g) peanut butter chips*

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line or grease a 9-inch square pan. Put butter and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. 

Step 2

Half-power microwave in 30-second intervals until butter and chocolate melt when swirled. Stir smooth. Allow to cool slightly.

Step 3

Next, whisk in the cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt. Mix in peanut butter chips. Spread batter in prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake 30–35 minutes until the edges are firm and a pick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Step 5

On a wire rack, cool brownies in the pan. Cut and serve squares.
