Peeps Pretzel Rods Recipe for Easter day 2024

Homemade Peeps Pretzel Rods are a holiday favourite for kids. The crunchy pretzel rods are dipped in white chocolate and topped with pastel Easter sprinkles, candy melt drizzle and marshmallow Peeps!

Cover a cookie sheet or counter with parchment or wax paper.Heat white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir. Stir after each 30-second heating until melted and smooth.

The white chocolate should be carefully poured into a tall jar or cup. This will make it easier to dip the pretzel stick into the chocolate.

Put a pretzel stick about three quarters of the way into the melted white chocolate. Let the extra run off, then put it on the parchment paper. Do it again with the rest of the pretzel sticks.

To prepare the coloured candy melts, melt them in separate basins in accordance with the instructions on the package.

Put each colour of the candy melts that have been melted into a small piping bag or, alternatively, a ziplock bag. To remove a small portion from the bottom corner, snip it off.

Place the candy melts that have been melted on top of the piece of the pretzel rod that has been dipped in white chocolate. All of the colours should be repeated.

As soon as possible, sprinkle some sprinkles on top of the wet drizzle that was created by the melted candy melts.

As "glue," use some of the leftover candy melts or melted white chocolate to connect the Peeps to the top of each pretzel stick.Before you serve, let the pretzel sticks set at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
