These sweet, cinnamon-y Pie Crust Cookies are SO easy to make with extra pie crust dough!
INGREDIENTS
– pie crust dough– 1 large egg– 1 tablespoon water– cinnamon-sugar*
Flour a work surface lightly. Roll the dough 1/4-inch thick. Cut dough with a cookie cutter.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Place dough cutouts on a silicone or parchment-lined baking sheet. Cookie spacing should be 2 inches. Place in fridge or freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix egg and water to make an egg wash. Brush cookies' tops. You won't use all the egg wash. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on cookies.
Step 3
Bake cookies for 10–12 minutes till golden brown. Cool the cookies on the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes before moving them to a rack to finish cooling.
