Pistachio Cake (Best Recipe)

Ingredients: – 1 cup unsalted pistachios, shelled – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 cup granulated sugar – 4 large egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1/2 cup milk

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan. 

In a food processor, grind pistachios until fine. Mix with flour, baking powder, and salt. 

In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. 

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until well combined 

Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving. Enjoy your delightful pistachio cake!
