My quick cheat's apple crumble recipe is another new pudding recipe.  It saves time because you don't have to peel apples.  You can have this for breakfast because it's so healthy! Nice way to use leftovers.

Quick Cheats Apple Crumble Recipe 

– 4 Apples, Use 1 per adult, half per child – 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice – 4 squares Dark Chocolate, 70%+ – 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar/Dark Brown sugar – 1 handful Organic Oats, Large Handful – 2 tbsp Dessicated Coconut, Unsweetened – 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seed – 2 tbsp Sunflower Seed – 2 tbsp Sesame Seed – 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon – 2 tbsp Organic Butter/Coconut Oil – 1 Pinch Salt

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut apples in half down the middle and place on a cutting board.

swift apple crumble Throw everything in a Vitamix or Nutri blender and pulse to make the crumble topping.

If you don't have a powerful blender, use a food processor or pound everything with a rolling pin between two greaseproof papers or in a bag.

On a baking tray, place apples and chocolate. Bake the apples with crumble for 30 minutes.

Cover with a baking sheet or greaseproof paper if the top burns. Test the apples' doneness with a sharp knife—they should be tender.

Serve with basic yogurt, cream, or coconut cream. Enjoy! Pears or peaches work well in this recipe.
