Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake Bites Easiest Recipe Ever

Raspberry No Bake Cheesecake Bites are simple and tasty. Store them in the freezer and take one when you like!  

Ingredient

– 16 ounces cream cheese softened – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 12 ounces fresh raspberrie – 8 ounces whipped topping – 1 & 1/2 cups 

Introduction 

Mix the cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. Use an electric hand mixer set to medium speed to whip the mixture until it is smooth. Put the strawberries in and mix them in. 

Step 1

Fold the cream topping into the cake. Take the no-bake cheesecake filling and wrap it in plastic wrap. Freeze it for two hours. 

Step 2

Grab some graham crackers and put them in a food processor. Shred them into tiny pieces. The graham cracker bits can also be bought already made. Get a small bowl and put the bits in it.

Step 3

Place wax or parchment paper on a sheet tray and set it away. Take a cookie scoop that is about the size of a tablespoon and a half and use it to make dollops of the cream cheese mixture.  

Step 4

Scoop out graham cracker crumbs and coat each cheesecake bite by rolling it in them one at a time.  

Step 5

Cover additional cheesecake bits, and then place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. In order to ensure that the sheet trays are completely frozen,

place them in the freezer for a period of two hours. Prepare it for serving by allowing it to sit out at room temperature for five minutes.
