Rice Krispies Treats Recipe

These Rice Krispies Treats Recipe are ideal for snacking, parties, at home, or anytime. Easy, pleasant, satisfying.  


– 1 cup salted butter – 3 10-ounce bags mini marshmallow – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon fine sea salt – 9 ounce box rice Krispies cereal


Using cooking spray, lightly coat a jelly roll pan that is 10 inches by 15 inches and then set it aside. Line the pan with foil.  

Step 1

Butter should be melted over medium-low heat in a Dutch oven or in a large pot for the best results. The remaining marshmallows should be added to the saucepan,

and four cups of the micro marshmallows should be set aside for later preparation. Continuously stir until the mixture melts. 

Step 3

Heat should be turned off. In a pot, add the vanilla extract and salt, and then stir to blend the two ingredients. To incorporate the cereal, add half of it and mix it up thoroughly.  

Step 4

Continue stirring until the remaining grains and small marshmallows are incorporated into the mixture. After the jelly roll pan has been prepared, add the mixture to it. 

Step 5

After that, you will need to spray your hands with cooking spray to lightly grease them, and then push the mixture into the pan in a gentle manner.  

Step 6

Instead of smashing them, carefully mold them to fit into the pan to avoid compacting them. Cut and serve the bars after two hours of development.
