Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders Recipe

Breakfast sliders: Soft Hawaiian rolls, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and melted cheese. This all comes together in one delicious bite!  


– 8 large eggs – 1 tablespoon Milk – Salt and pepper to taste – 12 Hawaiian Roll – 8 precooked sausage patties – 4 slices American cheese – 2 tablespoons salted butter melted


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Eggs, milk, and desired amounts of salt and pepper should be mixed together in a bowl using a whisk. 

Step 1

After pouring the eggs into a big skillet, scramble them while they are cooking over medium heat. After the eggs have reached the desired level of doneness, set them aside.  

Step 2

You can split the tops or bottoms of the Hawaiian rolls by slicing them in half, but you should keep the rolls together for this purpose.  

Step 3

Put the bottom half into a pan that is 9 inches by 13 inches. The sausage patties should be layered on the bottom of the Hawaiian rolls that have been sliced.

If there are any slices that you need to fit, cut them in half. To create a layer of cheese on top of the sausage patties,

cut the cheese slices into quarters and layer them individually. In an even layer, the eggs are layered on top of the cheese. Whenever an egg falls off of the sliders, simply set it back on top of the sliders.  

Step 6

Place the top Hawaiian rolls and brush with melted butter. Bake the rolls until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
