Simple 5 Ingredient Easy Air Fryer Lamb Chops Recipe

Air-fried lamb chops in under 30 minutes with 5 ingredients are the perfect weeknight supper!  


– 6 lamb chop – 3 tablespoons olive oil – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic – 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander Instructions  


Use paper towels to dry the chops. Use olive oil to coat both sides of the chops. Add salt and spices together. 

Step 1

Add spices to both sides of the chops. You can put the chops in the fridge with cling film on top for 30 minutes to an hour if you want to. 

Step 2

Let them sit out at room temperature for about 15 minutes before you start cooking. Warm up the air fryer to 375°F.  

Step 3

Put the lamb chops in the air fryer basket. You don't need to spray the basket; let the chops cook for 15 minutes. The chops are well-fried on top after 15 minutes,

but they are still not cooked all the way through. Add the other side of the chops and fry for another 10 minutes, or until the meat is the temperature you want.  

Step 5

It might take longer if the chops are very thick. Use an electric thermometer to see if it's ready.  

Step 6

For a medium-rare the temperature inside should be 130°F. Put foil over it and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Then serve.
