Starbucks Coffee Cake Recipe

With its buttery sponge, cinnamon swirl, and heavenly crumble top, this copycat Starbucks coffee cake recipe might just be better than the real thing. 

Ingredients: – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened – 1 egg – 1/2 cup milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. 

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 

Cut in softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. 

In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture until just combined.
