Strawberry Cupcakes Easiest Recipe Ever

Strawberry Cupcakes are a simple, from-scratch dish suitable for spring and summer. Strawberry pieces in the cake and cream cheese frosting make this dish stand out.  

Ingredient

For the cake – 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened – 1 cup granulated sugar – 3 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon strawberry extract – 1/4 cup milk – 1/4 cup vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt – 1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberrie For the frosting – 8 ounces cream cheese softened – 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened – 1 teaspoon strawberry extract – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar – pink food coloring optional

Introduction 

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Put cupcake liners in 18 different parts of a pan and set them away. With the paddle tool,  

Step 1

put the butter and sugar into the body of a stand mixer and beat them together until they are well mixed. Add the eggs and the fruit juices. Mix everything together well,

and if you need to, scrape down the sides. Put in the milk and vegetable oil, and mix them together well. Add the salt and baking powder after mixing. Mix until everything is well combined.  

Step 3

Adding the flour ½ cup at a time will make sure that it is fully mixed into the batter and there are no dry spots. Add the strawberry pieces and mix them into the batter.  

Step 4

Fill each liner in the cupcake pan two thirds of the way to the top with batter. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes,

or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down all the way. Get the icing ready while the cupcakes cool.  

Step 6

Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl. Blend the ingredients until creamy. Add ingredients and stir. Add powdered sugar in ½ cup amounts until fully incorporated.  

Step 7

Pour color into frosting and whisk until streaks disappear. Put frosting in a tip-fitted pipe bag. Pipe cupcake filling. Add a strawberry half to each cupcake and serve.
