Baked Potato Chips Easiest Recipe Ever

Fun and savory Baked Potato Chips are a great side dish for any meal. Can't eat one!  


– 3 medium sweet potatoe – 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoe – 1/4 cups olive oil – 1 teaspoon fine sea salt – 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves


Put the oven on to a temperature of 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It is necessary to wash and pat dry both sweet potatoes and Yukon Gold potatoes before preparing them.

Utilizing a mandoline, cut the meat into thin slices that are uniformly distributed and approximately one sixteenth of an inch thick. It is recommended that the rosemary,

salt, and olive oil be mixed together in a rather large basin. Sliced potatoes should be added to the basin after they have been prepared.

Before you toss the ingredients together, you need to make sure that each slice is covered with the oil mixture.

Make sure that the potato slices do not come into contact with one another when you arrange them in a single layer on the baking pans.

You should bake the dish in the oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, rotating it once every half an hour after that.
