Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pull Apart Bread Recipe

– 1 loaf ciabatta bread – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chive – 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or grated – 6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature – 1/4 cup ranch dressing, homemade or store-bought – 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, plus more for serving – 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken – 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese – PICKLED JALAPEÑO RANCH – 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt – 1 tablespoon dried parsley – 2 teaspoons dried dill – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped + 2 tablespoons brine – 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon kosher salt – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chive

Heat the oven to 375°F. Slice the bread horizontally and vertically into 1-inch cubes, being careful not to cut through it (see photo). Transfer to baking sheet.

Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and chives in a small bowl. Rub the olive oil mixture inside the bread.

Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce in a medium bowl. Add chicken, half the cheddar, blue cheese, and a lot of black pepper.

It's okay to pull back on the bread as you stuff the filling in between the cuts. Pour more buffalo sauce over and stuff with the remaining cheddar.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese melts and the stuffing warms. Add fresh parsley, buffalo sauce, and ranch if preferred.
