Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake

Like everything they do, this Cheesecake Factory pumpkin cheesecake is rich, dreamy, and insanely indulgent. One bite, and you’ll never look back. 

Ingredients: 1. 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumb 2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 4. 24 oz cream cheese, softened 5. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

DIRECTION

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. 

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add pumpkin puree and beat until combined. 

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 

Pour filling over crust and smooth the top, then bake at 325°F for 1 hour. 

Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
