Chicken Parmesan Subs Recipe

Lunch or dinner, our Chicken Parmesan Subs Recipe is a hit. Crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and melty cheese on a toasted bread are unbeatable!  

Ingredient

For the chicken – 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour – 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt – 1/2 teaspoon onion powder – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – 2 large eggs – splash water – 1 & 1/4 cups plain panko breadcrumb – 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 4 chicken cutlet – vegetable oil for frying For the roll – 4 hoagie roll – 1/2 cup unsalted butter very soft – 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning For assembly – 24 ounces warm marinara sauce – 8 ounces 

Introduction 

First, bread. Add all-purpose flour, garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper to a small bowl. Mix eggs and water in another shallow medium bowl.  

Step 1

Put panko, parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Coat chicken cutlets in flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Hold parchment-lined cookies. Chicken chopped. Apply pressure.

Flour less. Spread eggs on chicken cutlet. Basin needs egg. Chicken dipped. Carefully press crumbs. Stircrumbs. Baking chicken cutlet. Chicken cutlets without bones.  

Step 3

After breading, sauté chicken in ¼ inch vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Preheat oven to 375°F. Fried chicken in 350°F oil without touching. For crispy 165°F chicken,

cook 4-5 minutes per side. Line a tray with paper towels to drain crispy chicken. Avoid breading by placing chicken on a wire rack over a sheet tray. When cooking chicken,

cut hoagie buns or other crusty bread rolls in half lengthwise, gently open them, and place them cut side up on a large sheet tray. Mix butter, parmesan, garlic powder,

and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Butter bread equivalent. On the sheet, baked bread lightly toasts in 3 minutes. Apply 2 teaspoons warm marinara to bread bottom and top. 

Step 7

On bottom bread, layer shredded mozzarella. Cheese, sauce, and crispy chicken. Produce mozzarella. Maintain sandwich. Mega foil spray. Under-foil tray. Within 12-15 minutes, finish cheese sandwich. MS pasta dippers."
