Chickpea Cucumber Feta Salad Recipe

– Salad – 1 can Chickpea – 1 cup Cucumber – 1 cup Tomatoe – 1/4 cup Olive – 1/2 cup Onions Red – 1 cup Feta Cheese – 1/2 cup Mint for garnish – Salad Dressing – 4 tbsp Olive Oil – 2 tbsp Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp Vinegar – 1 tsp Salt – 1/4 tsp Pepper – 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

Let the chickpeas out of the can.

Make slices of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and olives, and add them to the beans.

Break up the feta cheese and put it in the salad.

Putting the dressing in a clean glass jar, making sure the lid is tight, and shaking it.
