Chocolate chip cookies without brown sugar are crispy outside, chewy within, and tempting!  Homemade chocolate chips are among life's greatest pleasures. Though I love brown sugar chocolate chip cookies, I sometimes crave something different.

Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Brown Sugar Recipe

Wet Batter Ingredient – 1/2 Cup Butter – 1 Cup Sugar – 1 Large Egg – 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract Dry Ingredients To Add to Wet Batter – 1 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour – 1 teaspoon Baking Powder – 1/2 teaspoon Salt – 1 Cup Chocolate Chip

Preheat oven to 356 F/180 C. Lay parchment paper or silicone mat on a baking tray. 

Step 1

Combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat all ingredients with an electric whisk until frothy.

Scoop dough balls onto the baking tray with a cookie scoop. Leave 2 inches between cookies. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix gently until combined. Mix chocolate chip cookies. 

Step 4

Place dough balls on the baking tray with a cookie scoop or spoon. Bake till golden edges, 12-14 minutes. Take out of oven.

Transfer cookies to a cooking rack after 5 minutes on the baking tray. Let them cool completely before storing.
