Eagle Brand Cheesecake

This Eagle Brand cheesecake is one of my all-time favorite recipes! Learn the easy recipe, plus get tips for making the best cheesecake that’s crack-free, velvety, and smooth. 

Ingredients: – 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened – 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand) – 3 egg – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 prepared graham cracker crust

DIRECTION

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Beat cream cheese until fluffy. 

Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. 

Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. 

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. 

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until center is set. Cool, then refrigerate before serving. Enjoy your Eagle Brand cheesecake!
