This Maryland Lump Crab Cakes Sandwich transports you to Chesapeake Bay instantly. Your go-to simple crab cake recipe uses lump crab, old bay, and little filler.  

Ingredient

– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumb – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1 clove garlic minced – 2 teaspoons dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – 1/4 teaspoon old bay seasoning – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – 12 ounces lump crab meat checked for shell – 2 tablespoons salted butter – 4 brioche bun – mixed green – tomato slice – red onion slices – 1 recipe 

Introduction 

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a sheet tray on a sheet tray that has been lined with parchment paper. 

Step 1

The panko bread crumbs, mayonnaise, garlic, dijon, Worcestershire, dried parsley, old day, salt, pepper, and onion powder should be mixed together in a large bowl using a combination of stirring equipment.
