How can you not love Oreo Bars, often known as Brookies? Layers of brownie, chocolate chip cookies, Oreos, and chocolate drizzle.
Ingredient
– 30 ounce store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough– 24 Oreo cookies plus more for garnish– 18.3 ounce box fudge brownie mix plus ingredients to make the brownie– Chocolate melting wafers for garnish optional
Introduction
Heat the oven to 350°F. Cover a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. For the chocolate chip cookie layer, press cookie dough evenly onto the pan bottom.
Step 1
Put Oreos on the cookie dough and gently push them in. Use the box instructions to mix the brownie mix with the ingredients on the back of the box in a large bowl.
Step 2
Pour brownie mix over Oreos and spread evenly. To distribute brownie batter between Oreos, tap the pan on the counter several times.
Step 3
Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent foil loosely after 30 minutes. Let cool fully.
Step 4
Use parchment paper to remove the bars from the baking dish. On a board, cut squares. We garnished with 10 more Oreos chopped.

carefully press crushed Oreos in. Serve the bars after 20–30 minutes to solidify the melting chocolate.
