Easy Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

These scrumptious Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake Brownies combine brownies with cheesecake.


FOR THE BROWNIES: – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 2 cups granulated sugar – 1 & 1/4 cups unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled – 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread* – 4 large egg FOR THE CHEESECAKE: – 16 ounces cream cheese, softened – 3/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread* – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 4 large egg – 1/2 cup hazelnuts, finely chopped (optional)


Step 1

TO MAKE THE BROWNIES: Warm the oven up to 325°. A 9" x 13" x 2" baking pan should be greased.

Step 2

Flour, cocoa powder, and salt should all be mixed together with a whisk. Put away. Put sugar, melted butter, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and eggs in a big bowl. 

Step 3

Mix everything together. Just until everything is mixed together, add the flour mixture. Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared.

Step 4

TO MAKE THE CHEESECAKE: Beat cream cheese, chocolate-hazelnut spread, sugar, and eggs on medium speed until smooth. If using walnuts, mix them in.

Step 5

Spread the cheesecake batter carefully on top of the brownie batter in the pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until the layer of cheesecake is set. 

Step 6

Place the pan on a metal rack and let it cool to room temperature. After that, put the bars in the fridge for at least three hours with the lid on.
