Easy Homemade Eggnog Latte Recipe

Just two ingredients make our Eggnog Latte in minutes. Perfect for toasty, comfortable coffee fix moments!  

Ingredient

– 3/4 cup eggnog divided – 1/2 cup strong coffee or 2 shots of espresso – ground nutmeg to serve

Introduction 

It is recommended that a small saucepot be used for the purpose of heating the eggnog, and that the temperature be regulated to around medium. 

Step 1

Until the temperature hits between 140 and 155 degrees Fahrenheit, whisk it continuously until it reaches that temperature.

Not only will this keep the bottom from drying out, but it will also prevent the bottom from becoming burned throughout the process. When pouring coffee or espresso into a mug,

the proper technique should be used. This is the method that should be used to implement it.  

Step 4

It is suggested that you use a gentle stirring motion to incorporate a quarter cup of the warm eggnog into the mixture. These instructions are provided for your convenience. 

Step 5

After adding the remaining eggnog to the cake and stirring it until it becomes foamy, pour it over the cake. It is recommended that this step be taken after the cake has been baked. 

Step 6

If you wish to serve it right immediately and take pleasure in it, it is strongly recommended that you sprinkle it with ground nutmeg at the very beginning of the process.
