Easy Mini No Bake Key Lime Pie Easiest Recipe Ever

No Bake Key Lime Pies are adorable and will have your family begging for more! This little frozen pie version of your favourite summer dessert is simple.  


– 1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or 1 sleeve graham cracker – 4 ounces unsalted butter melted – 8 oz cream cheese softened – 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk – ¾ Cup key lime juice fresh squeezed (about a pound of key limes or good bottled key lime juice) – 8 oz whipped topping plus more for garnish


Melt the butter and mix it into the graham cracker pieces. Set this mixture aside.  

Step 1

Use an electric mixer to make the cream cheese smooth in a big bowl while it is still room temperature. This is the big bowl. 

Step 2

Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix it in until it's smooth. Mix in the key lime juice until the mixture is smooth. Fold the whipped topping in slowly until there are no more streaks. 

Step 3

I use silicone cups, but paper cupcake plates will also work. Fill each one about ¾ of the way up with the key lime pie filling.  

Step 4

Add the graham cracker pieces on top. Spread them out on a baking sheet and freeze them for 4 hours, or until they are set. When you serve the pies,

make sure the graham cracker side is down. The best way to do this is to put the mold's bottom half into warm water for a short time.

Enjoy! You can decorate it with whipped cream and key lime pieces if you want.
