Homemade Garlic Parmesan Air Fry Tater Tots Recipe

Ideal for any event Garlic and parmesan flavor these homemade Air Fry Tater Tots. Nothing goes wrong with few ingredients!  

Ingredient

– 16 ounce bag of frozen shredded hash brown – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour – 3 cloves garlic minced – 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning – 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Introduction 

The shredded potatoes and hash browns should be pulsed in a food processor until they are finely minced but there is no mashed consistency. 

Step 1

It is recommended that you combine the potatoes, olive oil, flour, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing basin. Combining the ingredients in a gentle manner,

avoiding over-compaction of the potatoes. With the help of a tablespoon or a tiny spoon, scoop out enough of the mixture to form a tot measuring one inch in diameter in your hand.  

Step 3

To prevent the tot from falling apart, you should make sure to pack it down tightly. Ensure that there is sufficient space between the potatoes as you place them in the air fryer.  

Step 4

Applying olive oil cooking spray to the tots, air fry them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they reach a golden brown color.  

Step 5

When the tots are halfway done cooking, make sure to give the basket of the air fryer a light shake to ensure that they cook evenly. While they are still warm,

remove them from the fryer and sprinkle them with salt and parmesan cheese. You can serve it with the dipping sauce of your choice.
